The refurbishment project of office space for Springvest Corporation. The premises are located in an office building designed by architect Kurt Simberg in 1956. Springvest Oy is an investment house that provides opportunities to invest in promising unlisted growth companies and also offers growth companies way to raise capital they need to.
In space planning it was important to take account the company’s needs and find a solution that supports them. Personal workplaces were divided into two open workspaces, each with ten people.
For customer negotiations in contrast, small meeting and withdrawal rooms were designed to provide privacy. Finally, the working spaces and small meeting rooms were connected to each other with flowing lobby area.
In interior design, the aim was to highlight the company’s values and ideology: growth, relaxed atmosphere, Finnishness, elegance. The stylish entrance lobby was created with a combination of elegant gold and dark leather. However, the nature of the lobby area becomes more relaxed when moving towards the workspaces and finally forms a terrace-like area with lots of plants and green wall.
